鱼乐日记（以下简称"本应用"或"我们"）深知个人信息对您的重要性。我们致力于按照适用法律法规（包括但不限于《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《中华人民共和国数据安全法》以及《欧盟通用数据保护条例 GDPR》）的要求，采取适当的技术与管理措施，保障您的个人信息安全。
本政策旨在明确说明我们在提供鱼乐日记服务过程中如何处理您的信息，包括信息的收集、使用、共享、存储及您的权利等内容。
鱼乐日记以本地优先为设计原则，没有账号体系，我们不会主动收集或保存任何可识别您个人身份的信息，也没有自己的服务器。在您使用本应用过程中，可能涉及以下信息类型及处理方式：
在您使用 Apple Watch 记录时，本应用通过 Apple HealthKit 读写与本次记录相关的健康数据，包括运动时长、心率、步数等，仅用于生成钓鱼记录。所有数据完整保存在您设备的健康数据库中，不会传输至任何外部服务器；开启 iCloud 备份时，心率、步数、活动消耗等健康数据也不会备份到 iCloud。您可随时在 iPhone「健康」App 中管理或删除相关数据。
本应用在以下场景使用位置信息：
位置数据保存在设备本地；开启 iCloud 备份时，随记录一起备份到您自己的 iCloud（见下文「iCloud 备份」），不会上传至我们的服务器。您主动分享记录图片时，图片可能带有卫星地图底图，从而显示记录的大致位置，请在分享前留意。您可随时在系统设置中关闭位置权限。
本应用通过 Apple WeatherKit 获取记录地点当时的天气（温度、风速、天气状况等），以及天气页面中的未来七天天气。获取天气时，相应的位置坐标会发送给 Apple 的 WeatherKit 服务处理。天气数据随记录保存，获取失败不影响记录的正常保存。
您可以为每条鱼获添加照片。本应用会读取照片中的拍摄时间与位置（如有），用于记录鱼获时间、在地图上展示渔获和获取天气。用于创建标点的照片只读取位置，不会被保存。鱼获照片保存在设备本地，超过 2 MB 的会被压缩；开启 iCloud 备份时，照片原文件（含其中的拍摄信息）随记录一起备份到您自己的 iCloud，不会上传至我们的服务器。
本应用通过 Apple App Store 的自动续期订阅（普通版与 Apple Watch 版）提供服务。付款由 Apple 全程处理，我们不会收集或存储您的支付卡号或账单信息。本应用仅通过 Apple StoreKit 验证购买凭证以解锁相应功能。
您的数据存储在 iPhone 或 Apple Watch 本地，不会传输至我们的服务器。本应用依赖 Apple 平台提供的安全机制（包括设备加密和应用沙盒）保护您的数据。用于标识本地用户的匿名标识符存储在设备 Keychain 中，受系统级安全保护，不会备份到 iCloud。
本应用可将您的数据备份到您自己的 iCloud，用于换机或在另一台 iPhone 上找回数据。您可在本应用「设置 → 基础设置 → iCloud 备份」随时开启或关闭。
我们不会将您的任何个人信息出售或出租，以下情况除外：

CatchHook ("the App" or "we") takes your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), the Data Security Law of the PRC, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the CatchHook service, including what is collected, how it is used, how it is shared, how it is stored, and your rights.
CatchHook is a local-first app with no account system and no servers of its own. We do not actively collect or retain any information that personally identifies you. The following types of information may be involved when you use the app:
When you record with Apple Watch, the app reads and writes health data for that record via Apple HealthKit, including workout duration, heart rate, and step count, solely for generating your fishing records. All data is stored in your device's Health database and is never transmitted to any external server; with iCloud Backup on, health data such as heart rate, steps, and active calories is not backed up to iCloud either. You can manage or delete this data at any time in the iPhone Health app.
The app uses location data in the following cases:
Location data is stored locally on your device. With iCloud Backup on, it is backed up with your records to your own iCloud (see "iCloud Backup" below). It is never uploaded to our servers. When you choose to share a record image, it may include a satellite map background that reveals the record's approximate location, so please keep this in mind before sharing. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
The app uses Apple WeatherKit to fetch the weather at a record's location at the time (temperature, wind speed, conditions), as well as the seven-day forecast on the Weather page. When weather is fetched, the relevant coordinates are sent to Apple's WeatherKit service for processing. Weather data is stored with your record, and a failure to fetch weather does not affect saving your record.
You can add a photo to each catch. The app reads the photo's capture time and location (if present) to record when the catch was made, show it on the map, and fetch weather. A photo used to create a spot is read for its location only and is not saved. Catch photos are stored locally on your device; photos larger than 2 MB are compressed. With iCloud Backup on, the photo files (including the capture information they contain) are backed up with your records to your own iCloud. They are never uploaded to our servers.
The app is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions (Standard Plan and Apple Watch Plan) on the Apple App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card number or billing information. The app uses Apple StoreKit only to verify purchase entitlements and unlock features.
Your data is stored locally on your iPhone or Apple Watch and is never transmitted to our servers. The app relies on Apple's platform security mechanisms — including device encryption and app sandboxing — to protect your data. A local anonymous user identifier is stored in the device Keychain, protected by system-level security, and is not backed up to iCloud.
The app can back up your data to your own iCloud, so you can get it back on a new iPhone or on another iPhone. You can turn it on or off at any time under Settings → General → iCloud Backup in the app.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Exceptions:

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 14 where applicable law requires). If you are a minor, please use the app under parental supervision.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through an in-app prompt. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
