欢迎使用鱼乐日记。本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）由您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与鱼乐日记应用开发方（以下简称"我们"）订立，旨在明确您在使用鱼乐日记应用（以下简称"本应用"）时的权利与义务。
请您在使用本应用前，仔细阅读并理解本协议全部内容。一旦您开始使用本应用，即视为您已理解并同意本协议的全部内容。
鱼乐日记是一款钓鱼记录与分享工具。您可以在 iPhone 上记录每次出行的渔获（照片、鱼种、数量等），本应用结合照片中的位置信息与天气数据，把它们整理成统计、徽章与分享卡片。Apple Watch 为可选的采集方式，可记录 GPS 路径、心率、步数等运动数据。
我们不要求用户注册账户，也不在我们的服务器上存储您的钓鱼记录。本应用基于 Apple HealthKit、CoreLocation、MapKit、PhotosUI、WeatherKit、StoreKit 及 iCloud 提供服务，钓鱼记录存储在用户设备本地；开启 iCloud 备份时，另备份一份到您自己的 iCloud。
本应用通过 Apple App Store 的自动续期订阅提供服务，分为两档：
两档均按月计费，具体价格以 App Store 购买页面显示为准。我们可能为新用户提供免费试用，试用期限与范围以购买页面显示为准。
用户在使用本应用过程中不得从事以下行为：
如用户违反上述规定，我们有权采取限制使用、禁止访问等措施。
本应用的界面设计、图标、功能逻辑、动画、文案及所有内容，均为我们所有或依法取得授权。未经我们书面许可，任何单位或个人不得擅自复制、修改、传播或用于其他商业用途。
我们高度重视用户隐私。鱼乐日记不收集用户身份信息，不在我们的服务器上存储用户数据。钓鱼记录、健康数据、位置信息保存在您的设备本地；开启 iCloud 备份时，钓鱼记录（含照片与位置）、标点与徽章封面会备份到您自己的 iCloud。详见《隐私政策》。
我们有权基于系统维护、安全升级、法律法规变化或其他合理原因，随时中止、终止或调整本应用的部分或全部功能。我们将通过应用内通知或更新提示的方式予以告知。
本应用按"现状"提供服务，我们不对服务的持续可用性，以及天气、统计等信息的准确性作出明示或暗示的保证。因不可抗力、系统故障、用户操作不当等原因导致的数据丢失或损失，我们不承担相应责任。
本协议的订立、执行与解释均适用您所在国家或地区的法律。如发生争议，您可与我们友好协商解决，协商不成的，可向有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。
我们可能会根据法律法规或产品功能的变化对本协议进行修改。修改后的协议将在本应用中以显著方式予以公示。若您继续使用本应用，即视为您已接受修改后的协议。

Welcome to CatchHook. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User" or "you") and the CatchHook development team ("we" or "us"), and governs your use of the CatchHook application ("the App").
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms.
CatchHook is a fishing journal and sharing app. You record the catches from each outing on iPhone (photos, species, counts, and more), and the App uses the location in your photos and weather data to turn them into stats, badges, and share cards. Apple Watch is an optional way to collect data, recording your GPS route, heart rate, step count, and other workout data.
We do not require account registration and do not store your fishing records on our servers. The App operates using Apple HealthKit, CoreLocation, MapKit, PhotosUI, WeatherKit, StoreKit, and iCloud. Your fishing records are stored locally on your device; with iCloud Backup on, a copy is also backed up to your own iCloud.
The App is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions on the Apple App Store, in two plans:
Both plans are billed monthly; prices are shown on the App Store purchase page. We may offer new users a free trial; its length and scope are shown on the purchase page.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the App:
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of the above.
All interface designs, icons, functional logic, animations, text, and content in the App are owned by us or used under license. No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We take user privacy seriously. CatchHook does not collect identity information or store user data on our servers. Fishing trips, health data, and location data are stored locally on your device; with iCloud Backup on, your fishing trips (with photos and locations), spots, and badge covers are backed up to your own iCloud. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify any part or all of the App's features at any time due to maintenance, security upgrades, regulatory changes, or other reasonable reasons. We will notify users through in-app notices or update prompts.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability of the service or the accuracy of weather, statistics, and other information. We are not liable for data loss or damages caused by force majeure, system failures, or user error.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country or region. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in law or product features. Updated terms will be prominently displayed in the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
