欢迎使用来此合影（CrossHere，以下简称"本应用"）。本使用条款（以下简称"本条款"）由您与本应用开发方（以下简称"我们"）订立。您在第一次发布记录前需要在应用内同意本条款；使用本应用即视为您已阅读、理解并同意本条款的全部内容。
本条款是对 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）的补充；两者冲突时，以本条款中关于用户内容的约定为准。
来此合影让您在一个地点现场拍照（或上传一张自带 GPS 位置的照片）、写一段文字，把这条"记录"留在那个坐标上。您的好友能在地图上看到记录的位置，但只有当他们自己也在附近留下过记录时，才能看到照片和文字。每条记录默认仅您自己可见，您可以随时修改可见范围或删除记录。
我们对违规内容和滥用行为零容忍。您不得通过本应用发布、上传或传播以下内容：
免费用户最多可同时保留 10 条记录。您可以通过 Apple App Store 的自动续期订阅提高上限：
您保留对自己发布内容的全部权利。为提供服务，您授权我们存储您的内容，并按照您设置的可见范围向您的好友展示。您删除记录或注销账号后，对应内容会从我们的服务器上永久删除。
本应用使用"通过 Apple 登录"。您可以随时在应用的主页中注销账号，注销后您的全部记录、照片与好友关系会被永久删除，无法恢复。
我们有权基于系统维护、安全、法律法规变化或其他合理原因，中止、终止或调整本应用的部分或全部功能。
本应用按"现状"提供服务。记录内容由用户发布，我们不对其真实性或合法性作出保证。因不可抗力、网络故障、用户操作不当等原因导致的损失，我们不承担相应责任。
我们可能根据法律法规或产品功能的变化修改本条款，并在本页面公布更新日期。您继续使用本应用，即视为接受修改后的条款。

Welcome to CrossHere ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the developer of the App ("we" or "us"). You must agree to these Terms in the App before posting your first record; by using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them.
These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where they conflict regarding user content, these Terms prevail.
CrossHere lets you take a photo on the spot (or upload a photo that already carries GPS location), write a few words, and leave this "record" at that location. Your friends can see where your record is on the map, but they can only see the photo and text if they have also left a record nearby. Every record is visible only to you by default, and you can change who sees it or delete it at any time.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, upload, or share through the App:
Free users can keep up to 10 records at a time. You can raise this limit with an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store:
You keep all rights to the content you post. To provide the service, you allow us to store your content and show it to your friends according to the visibility you choose. When you delete a record or your account, that content is permanently deleted from our servers.
The App uses Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deleting your account permanently removes all your records, photos, and friendships, and cannot be undone.
We may suspend, end, or change any part of the App for maintenance, security, legal changes, or other reasonable reasons.
The App is provided "as is". Records are posted by users, and we make no guarantee about their accuracy or legality. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or user error.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or in the App, and will post the update date on this page. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
