举报与拉黑

• 举报：打开好友的那条记录，点"举报这条记录"，会打开邮件并自动带上记录编号。也可以直接发邮件，附上记录编号。我们会在 24 小时内处理
• 拉黑：在好友详情页或 TA 的记录详情页点"拉黑"。拉黑后你不会再在地图上看到 TA 的记录，TA 不会收到任何通知。想取消拉黑，回到好友详情页点"取消拉黑"

常见问题

1. 为什么我能看到好友记录的位置，却看不到照片和文字？

想看到好友的内容，你自己也要在那条记录附近（100 米内）留下过一条记录。只是路过或站在旁边不够，要留下你自己的记录才行——这正是"合影"的意思。

2. 为什么好友看不到我的记录？

每条记录默认"仅自己可见"。打开那条记录，点"修改可见范围"，改成"全部好友"或某些标签组即可，不需要回到现场。

3. 上传照片时提示没有位置信息？

只能上传带 GPS 位置的照片。请确认拍照时开启了相机的定位权限，或者改用"现场拍照"。

4. 如何取消订阅？

在系统「设置 →〔你的名字〕→ 订阅」中找到来此合影，关闭自动续期。取消后当前订阅期结束前仍可使用，已创建的记录不受影响。

5. 换了手机，订阅没了？

在应用的主页点"恢复购买"。

6. 如何注销账号？

在应用的主页点"注销账号"。你的全部记录、照片与好友关系会被永久删除，无法恢复。

Reporting and Blocking

• Report: open the friend's record and tap "Report This Record". This opens an email with the record ID filled in. You can also email us directly with the record ID. We handle reports within 24 hours
• Block: tap "Block" on a friend's profile or on one of their records. You will no longer see their records on your map, and they won't be notified. To undo, open their profile and tap "Unblock"

FAQ

1. Why can I see where a friend's record is, but not the photo or text?

To see a friend's content, you need to have left a record of your own nearby (within 100 meters). Passing by or standing next to it isn't enough; you have to leave your own record there.

2. Why can't my friends see my record?

Every record is visible only to you by default. Open the record, tap "Change visibility", and choose "All friends" or certain tag groups. You don't need to be there to change it.

3. My uploaded photo says it has no location?

Only photos with GPS location can be uploaded. Make sure location was on for the Camera when the photo was taken, or use "Take a photo here" instead.

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find CrossHere, and turn off auto-renew. You keep access until the end of the current period, and your existing records are kept.

5. I switched phones and my subscription is gone?

Tap "Restore Purchases" in the Profile tab.

6. How do I delete my account?

Tap "Delete account" in the Profile tab. All your records, photos, and friendships are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
